How Do Industrialized Dairies Impact New Mexico?

Industrialized Dairies are swarming into New Mexico, leaving regions like California's Chino Basin (where they are under a Cease and Desist Order for polluting groundwater) and Texas' Bosque River Region (where the City of Waco sued 14 dairies for polluting its water supply).
