Working to Keep America's Water Safe and Clean

Who is Concerned Citizens for Clean Water?

Concerned Citizens for Clean Water is a grassroots group of citizens. Our name states our mission: we are concerned about America's water supplies, particularly in the Western United States. Our work primarily focuses on three Western states: New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma, but we have members and tackle projects across the country. We work to make the public more aware of water issues and the impact these issues have on our daily lives. Taking a multi-faceted approach to this effort, we concentrate on three major areas:

1. Watersheds & Aquifers;
2. Pollution Prevention; and
3. Domestic Water Issues (depletion of water supplies, water distribution, etc.).
